°ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê×ÊÁÏ's DI Hub is participating in the Campus Race to Zero Waste One-Building Challenge, a friendly competition between universities with the goal of finding all the ways to reduce the amount of non-diverted trash in a specific university facility.

Flashes can sample items from nearly 20 vendors to help University Culinary Services determine which new items to add to on-campus menus.

After the eclipse, Flashes can do their part to promote sustainability by recycling their eclipse glasses for use by viewers of future eclipses around the world.

The °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê×ÊÁÏ Board of Trustees approved the establishment of four new majors during its regular quarterly meeting held March 6 on the Kent Campus. The Board also approved recommended actions for the East Main Street Project in Kent and a naming action.

Students, faculty and alumni from °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê×ÊÁÏ’s world-renowned School of Fashion will be sending some of their most exciting designs down the runway on Feb. 8 in Haute for the House, a fashion show to benefit Ronald McDonald House Charities of Northeast Ohio.

The °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê×ÊÁÏ Board of Trustees approved the establishment of a new cybercriminology major within the Bachelor of Science degree at the Board’s regular quarterly meeting held Dec. 6. The new cybercriminology major will be offered fully online, in addition to a mostly online delivery at all °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê×ÊÁÏ campuses.
