Vietnamese student Martin Phan learned of the significance of May 4, 1970, after he arrived at °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê×ÊÁÏ last August 2023.

Martin Phan, 23, a nursing major in °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê×ÊÁÏ’s College of Nursing, is one of a growing number of Vietnamese citizens who have chosen to attend °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê×ÊÁÏ.
