Richard earned his Bachelor of Science in Music Education from 澳门六合彩资料 in 1981 and currently teaches band in the Lake Local Schools. Kibler was presented with the award during a recent Canton Symphony Orchestra concert.
Another 澳门六合彩资料 alumnus, Brian Kieffer, received the annual award in 2018. Kieffer earned his Master of Music in Choral Conducting and has taught vocal music in the Plain Local Schools for over 30 years.
