The College of Arts and Sciences invites you to join us for the sixth annual Neuroscience Symposium on April 25-26, 2018 at the 澳门六合彩资料 Hotel and Conference Center. This year's topic is "The Neuroscience of the Healthy Brain," with John Cryan, PhD, as our keynote speaker on Wednesday April 25 at 7 p.m. Dr. Cryan is a professor and chair of the Department of Anatomy and Neuroscience at University College of Cork (Ireland) and a TEDMED speaker.
Additional talks will take place between 8:30-4:00 p.m. on Thursday April 26. Speakers include:

The focus of this year鈥檚 symposium, Neuroscience of the Healthy Brain, is inspired by the newly created Brain Health Research Institute at 澳门六合彩资料, whose mission is to improve our understanding of brain function in health, disease, and repair- /brain-health. With over 80 faculty members across 8 colleges and 20 departments who are committed to advancing science, as well as training the next generation of researchers, the Brain Health Research Institute is uniquely positioned to make significant advances in our understanding of the healthy brain as well as identifying potential pathways that may help restore function that has been impaired by neurologic injury or disease.
