°ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê×ÊÁÏ

Susan J. Stocker, Ph.D. retired June 30, 2022, after dedicating more than 32 years to °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê×ÊÁÏ. In recognition of her service and leadership, the Susan J. Stocker Nursing Scholarship Fund was created. This fund supports nursing students at °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê×ÊÁÏ at Ashtabula, where she served as dean and chief administrative officer for more than 20 years.

The Ashtabula Area College Committee, Inc. has generously pledged $5,000 to match all gifts to the scholarship.

Susan spent her career dedicated to student access and success, the profession of nursing, the Ashtabula community and °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê×ÊÁÏ. Like many of the students on the Ashtabula Campus, she was working and raising a family when she went back to school and earned her nursing degree at °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê×ÊÁÏ Ashtabula in 1984. She joined the campus faculty six years later and went on to serve in several leadership positions across the °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê×ÊÁÏ system.
